While I don't mind Tweetdeck, I have been using PeopleBrowsr (http://www.peoplebrowsr.com/) as my main twitter client these days. Since it is web based I don not have to install anything, it handles multiple accounts, multiple social media platforms and it is only in alpha. Nice list.
